NERPEL Tribute to the Master Painters

On November 19, within the framework of the celebration of the General Assembly of ANSPI (National Association of Master Painters) and at the end of it, Mikel Arzoz and Rubén Peinado, of NERPEL, took the opportunity to pay tribute to the Association of Master Painters of Vizcaya, in the person of its president, Mr. José Angel Rodríguez Urkiaga and by extension,  to the entire painters' guild.
